Shipping & Delivery

We currently use Royal Mail and EVRi. The courier is selected based on parcel weight and speed to provide the most cost-efficient option.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Standard processing time is up to 2 business days. If payment is received before 11:00 AM , we try to send the parcel the same day.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates. We always aim to dispatch promptly, but delays may sometimes occur due to courier workload or weather conditions.

All parcels are tracked. Tracking details will be sent after dispatch.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or provide a collection option.
During busier periods (e.g. Christmas), processing and delivery time may be longer.
